$5 Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable $5 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled appointments. This covers administrative costs incurred when scheduling your service.
24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur additional charges at our discretion.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Contact us directly to reschedule.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases where a re-clean is not feasible. Refunds take 5–10 business days to process.
Damage Claims: If our team causes damage to your property, notify us immediately. We carry full liability insurance and will work to resolve all legitimate claims promptly.
No-show policy: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to availability or safety concerns.
Access to Property: Clients must ensure our team has full access to the property at the scheduled time. Secure pets and remove valuables before our arrival.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Prices may vary based on actual property conditions.
Promotional Offers: Seasonal promotions and discounts are available for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers. The 20% first-time discount applies only to your first completed cleaning.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to provide our services and send relevant booking communications. We do not sell your data.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
